About Jenny

Vidaly exists because life is multidimensional. None of us live in just one role. We’re managing work, home, health, relationships, and identity all at once, often without an instruction manual.

I’m a wife, a mom, and a business-minded woman with a deep appreciation for home, food, wellness, and the everyday work of building a life that feels great to live. Like many people, I’m navigating marriage, family dynamics, and the ongoing balancing act that comes with growing and evolving over time.

I’m also a mom to a wonderful teenager in a world that feels louder, faster, and more uncertain than the one I grew up in. Parenting today requires thoughtfulness, boundaries, and constant recalibration. Like most parents, I’m learning as I go.

I’ve been drawn to entrepreneurship since my early twenties. I’m still building, still learning, and still shaping what Vidaly is becoming, not as a finished brand, but as something that evolves alongside real life. I document that journey through writing, projects, and experiments, sharing what works, what doesn’t, and what I continue to learn.

How I Approach Life and Work

My perspective is rooted in systems thinking, operations, and practical execution. I’m drawn to clarity, structure, and follow-through, and I naturally look for ways to make complex things more workable and sustainable.

That lens carries through everything I share. Whether I’m writing about business, home, wellness, or food, I approach each topic with the same question in mind: How does this actually work in real life?

Why Vidaly

Vidaly is about designing life with intention.

The vision for this brand is to bring together:

  • Thoughtful work and career insights

  • Homes that function and nurture

  • Wellness that supports energy and clarity

  • Food that offers nourishment, memory, and care

The goal is to harmonize these areas into a rhythm that helps everyday life feel intentional, meaningful, and deeply lived.

Vidaly exists to inspire ways to help make everyday life feel extraordinary.
